3. Natural Product Variations Our products are handcrafted in small batches using fresh, locally sourced Texas ingredients without the use of artificial stabilizers, chemical preservatives, or xanthan gum. As a result, natural phase separation will occur. This is not a defect. Color, heat level, and consistency may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the natural agricultural variations of the peppers.

4. Purchases, Billing, and Account Information We use Stripe and HubSpot Commerce Hub to process payments securely. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

5. Return and Refund Policy Because our products are consumable food items, we cannot accept returns once a product has been shipped and delivered. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
